High-Value Order Verification Policy

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, orders over $200CAD may require a verification before shipment.

This may include confirmation of the shipping details and one of the following:
• a phone number
• a social media account used for communication
• a email confirmation of the purchase

In some cases we may request a photo of identification showing the customer’s first name only. Customers may cover or redact any personal details such as ID numbers, birthdate, or address before sending.

Identification is used only to confirm the purchaser and will not be stored after the order is verified and shipped.

High-value orders will also be shipped with signature-required delivery and tracking.

If verification cannot be completed, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded to the original payment method.
